Much of the beef on grocery store shelves comes from large operations where antibiotics are often used as routine practice, animals are fed for speed instead of quality, and processed in high-volume facilities that put output ahead of humane handling. At Flying Spur Ranch, we do it differently, and you'll always know exactly where your beef came from.

Raised with care, not shortcuts

We keep our cattle healthy through good care, clean water, and room to roam, not routine antibiotics or mystery additives. If an animal ever needs treatment, it gets it, because animal welfare comes first.

Grass, hay and quality grain

Our cattle graze our Parker County pasture with quality hay, then finish on grass and top-quality grain for rich marbling. Grass-finished is available by request.

Humane from start to finish

No big-box processing lines. Our cattle are handled calmly and respectfully, and processed in small batches with the care they deserve.

Farm fresh to table

It starts right here in our pens

Every steak we sell begins as a calf on our place. Morgan feeds them, checks them and gets to know each one as they grow. Here's the start of the story behind the beef in your freezer.

From there, your beef goes to a local processor in Weatherford, gets cut to your order and vacuum sealed, and comes home to your table.

    Pick your cuts or reserve a quarter, half or whole beef.

    For bulk orders, tell us how you want it cut and wrapped.

    Processing date

    Your beef is processed and frozen. We'll call when it's ready.

    Pickup day

    Bring freezer space. Pick up by arrangement, or get delivery inside Parker County.
